Purpose

This Privacy Statement discloses what information The National Security Service Sint Maarten (VDSM) gathers about the user when you visit vdsm.gov.sx. It describes how VDSM uses that information and how the user can control it.

Information vdsm.gov.sx gathers and tracks

vdsm.gov.sx collects two kinds of information about users:

1. data that users volunteer by contacting us via our contact page and
2. aggregated tracking data VDSM collects when users visit vdsm.gov.sx.

  VDSM uses the personal information the user provides voluntarily to send information you have requested. The specific use of your personal information varies, depending on how the user contacts us. VDSM will never sell or rent your email address, or share or disclose your information with third parties.

• ​Aggregated tracking information
  VDSM will analyze visitors' use of our sites by tracking information such as page views, traffic flow, search terms, and click through. VDSM uses this information to improve our sites. VDSM does not share or disclose any information that can identify an individual user.
